Win a 30-Minute Consultation with Joel!

When asked what kind of prize my Twitter followers would want to win in a contest, the majority answered that they would want to spend some time with me!  Would you like a chance to win a 30-minute telephone consultation with me?

Here’s your chance!

My book, Twitter Power: How to Dominate Your Market One Tweet at a Time, has become the world’s most popular book on Twitter.  Released earlier this year, it has remained on the Bookscan Top 50 hardcover list for over 34 weeks. It has been translated into five languages including Korean and Portugese.

If you have purchased a copy, you qualify for a chance to win a 30-minute consultation with me.  :-)

Twitter Power is the definitive guide to using social media for business, and I invite you to pick up your copy now!

Here’s how to enter for a chance to win:

1) Follow @joelcomm on Twitter

2) Purchase a copy of Twitter Power at any of the following fine booksellers:

Get Twitter Power at:

Barnes & Noble

3) Click the following link to Tweet a message on your Twitter stream.

Tweet This Message

“Win a 30-minute consultation with @joelcomm!  Visit for details! #wingift Please RT!”

Colleen The Crystal Dragon 02.21.09 at 4:47 pm

Hi Joel, I have been on twitter for ages and really don’t know what I am doing. As soon as I say that you had a book out explaining what to do I was very pleased, had no idea about adsense either until I read your book so I am looking forward to the same results with Twitter Power. Look forward to receiving it. Keep up the good work.
Love and Light

I loved the Tweet A Thon!

Thanks for all you do.

Mike Maxson 02.21.09 at 6:19 pm

I started using Twitter in the Summer of 2008 after reading an article about it in USA Today. I had a very lukewarm response to it at first, but after my Mother (who fortunately works at Barnes and Noble), and knows I am a Joel Comm fan, bought the book for me, I have noticed a bikgspike in traffic after using your techniques.

Tammy 02.21.09 at 6:19 pm

Great Joel!
I’m thrilled to contribute to this cause.
Let’s share and get many donations to save kids’ lives!
Much Success!

Joel you are awesome…Great presentation in Orlando.T witterPower book on order!

James Holmes 02.21.09 at 8:16 pm

Joel – I really love everything you are doing from the release of the book to the tweet-a-thon (which was fantastic) and now this. Keep sowing increase and building community. I am so glad that our paths crossed on Twitter; although we are both in Colorado no guarantee we would have met. Another illustration of the power of social media.

Jeff Davis 02.21.09 at 8:25 pm

Hi Joel,

Thanks for the fun!

This is almost better than a flyin screaming monkey!

Thanks for setting a great example of how to make
marketing fun!

Keep on Rockin!

Willa 02.21.09 at 8:29 pm

Thanks for the chance to win what I can’t afford!!

Jan 02.21.09 at 8:47 pm

Okay, I know this is probably the silliest reason in the world, but I loved the graphics on the cover so much I bought the book. Snarky, perhaps, but true.

I’m sure the contents will be incredible too. Joel always does a great job of giving JUST enough information to draw in his prey (I’m captive).

Now, off to pine until my book arrives…

monetize blog 02.21.09 at 9:08 pm

Hi Joel, we bought your book at B&N and have been enjoying it and learning. Loved the Tweet-a-Thon and donated. Signed up for the bootcamp. The iPod would be icing on the cake, but not nearly as valuable as what we’ve been learning.

Thanks for the opportunity!

Brendan 02.21.09 at 11:30 pm

Hi Joel, I had the distinct pleasure of hearing you present at JVAlert in Orlando recently. It was very stimulating for me and you sent my mind into orbit with your thoughts and ideas expressed there. My paradigm shifted and I felt that it was worth comming from Kingston, Jamaica to hear. Thanks. Got my copy and am devouring it. Brendan.

What a cool idea to do a competition! The book sounds great! I will be checking it out! Just getting into writing my own blogs just now so maybe this is something I can look into further as I am on pretty much all of the sites you mentioned apart from ‘Linked In’! I’ve told my husband about the Social Media Bootcamp! Sounds awesome! He’s just finished an internet marketing mentorship so praying it all takes off!!

Am praying God’s favor on you & for your success! My husband & I are retired & on a “fixed” income—so the IPod Touch would be a real blessing, as well as the books. I’m planning to order them both as soon as I can save enough. “Kudos” to you for your excellent “Trailblazing”!!! Antique Rose 2009

Hi Joel,

Your book is certainly making for an interesting Twitter marketing case study.

I’m looking forward to the upcoming course.

Richard 03.01.09 at 6:30 pm

Hi Joel .Thanks for contest!I hope to be a lucky winner!

Catherine 03.01.09 at 7:38 pm

Hi Joel,

I purchased my copy of Twitter Power at another fine bookstore – one that has branches in most Canadian Cities and one that carries all your books. That is Chapters Indigo.
As a Canadian, I was able to get 2-day delivery – important since I wanted to get it before the bootcamp. It made a difference of maybe a week which would have been the delay if ordered from Amazon.

I’m looking forward to both the book, due to arrive tomorrow morning, and the Bootcamp tomorrow eveing.

Kevin Lankford 03.02.09 at 8:14 am

Hey Joel,

Not only do I have the book I (try to) implement at least one thing from the book every day. Some of it seems easier said than done, but it’s all about improvement of the little things. So the book is a great guide for what those little things are. I am also watching your book promotion to use some ideas to win my own publishers contest at LULU.

I’ve said it before and here I go again…Twitter Power is a great book!

Paulette 03.02.09 at 8:52 am

Loved your series you did last year on “The Next Internet Millionaire”. Can’t wait to read your new book on “Twitter Power”. Will be following you closely and tweeted out your certificate offer this morning.

James Holmes 03.02.09 at 11:52 am

Joel – Both the boot camp and the giveaway are really nice ideas. The power and authority of Twitter continues to grow and people are really beginning to figure out how to use Twitter to improve their businesses and lives.

I am looking forward to joining you on March 3rd and I will be happy to re-tweet and spread the word!

Can I qualify to win even if I think it is a terrible idea to offer money for followers or retweets. And that I am going to UNFOLLOW you as quickly as I followed you. Good luck on your book, your contest and your schemes. I imagine you could qualify this as giving back to the people. I find it a poor stunt.

If you are using twitter to market your business, you should this book by Joel !

alicesraven 10.15.09 at 2:35 pm

So if I copy and paste the msg. no problem. If I click “Tweet this message”, then the msg that come up is 7 characters too long! lol. I went with copy and paste rather then tweeking the click tweet. Difference seems to be the added follow @joelcomm … which everyone should. I found it all ironic. Love the book btw.

Tad Wolfe 10.15.09 at 2:36 pm

What can I say about your generosity with this offer, except… you’re da man!

In the interest of giving value, I’d like for somone else to win the prize, but I guess everyone else is thinking the same too, right?

So, I happily accept it! lol

vijay 10.16.09 at 11:53 am

Thanx Joel, You always bring something new to twitter World :)

Lloyd Adams 10.16.09 at 5:18 pm

I bought your Twitter book months ago on Amazon; just never bothered to send the receipt when you were pushing the promotion.

Since I still do not have a web site, I am not prospering from Twitter.
I can’t do it alone and cannot afford the high priced coaching that so many of the truly successful marketers are asking. I have been impressed with the success you have achieved over the years.

As an old WW II vet., I may never see the light at the end ot this IM tunnel; if I had my old bazooka, I might be able to blast my way thru.

Best regards, Lloyd A.
